SEZ Circular No. D.12/25/2012-SEZ (Pt) dated June 30, 2015: Commerce Ministry digitalises more applications / permissions for SEZ developers / units w.e.f. July 1, 2015; For Developers, applications inter alia include (i) change of SEZ sector (Form C3), (ii) addition / deletion of land in notified SEZ (Form C4 / C5), (iii) De-notification of notified SEZ (Form C6) and (iv) Form I for CST exemption; For units, applications inter alia for (i) issuance of IEC, (ii) issuance of Registration-Cum-Membership Certificate and (iii) approval of list of services would have to be submitted online; Further, no manual interface may be allowed from said date w.r.t. applications already identified and conveyed vide Circular dated October 28, 2014
