DGFT clarifies that the requirement of a Certificate of Inspection from EIC/EIAs for export of Rice (both Basmati and Non-Basmati) is restricted to consignments destined for EU member states, the UK, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway, and Switzerland; Further informs that exports to other European countries are exempt from this requirement for a period of six months from the date of this Notification: DGFT Notification
