Pursuant to DOP&T order informing about no further extension of last date for filing of returns by public servants under Lokpal & Lokayuktas Act 2013, DGFT informs the timelines for the same – returns as on August 1, 2014 & March 31, 2015 should be filed before April 15, 2016; Similarly, annual return as on March 31, 2016 shall be filed before July 31, 2016, while annual returns for subsequent years as on March 31st every year shall be filed on or before July 31st of that year
