DGFT updates list of banks authorised by RBI to import both gold and silver, and the list of banks authorised only for import of silver for FY 2025-26, effective from April 01, 2025; A total of 13 banks from public and private sectors are authorised for gold and silver import, whereas Indian Overseas Bank and Union Bank of India are authorised for import of gold only: DGFT Public Notice
