DGFT directs importers to adhere by the date and complete their imports of Pulses by October 31, 2019; Further, explains that the successful applicants who filed for additional quota of Pigeon Peas/Toor Dal for fiscal year 2019-20 should ensure that the import consignments reach Indian Ports on or before the prescribed date and that no request for extension of time shall be entertained; Directs the importers to file final reports of such import consignments by November 07, 2019 to Regional Authorities (RAs), and the RAs to submit a consolidated report by November 15, 2019
