Office of Development Commissioner, SEEPZ SEZ prescribes procedure for paperless Customs clearance of export cargo; As per the procedure, SEZ units shall file shipping bill in SEZ Online and intimate request ID to Sr. Assessing Officer; Since SEZ Online system is integrated with Export Data Processing and Monitoring System of RBI whereby details of Authorised Dealer is shared with RBI, printing of and / or signature of Customs officers on Exchange Control Copy (triplicate) & Export Promotion Copy (quadruplicate) of Shipping Bill is not required

Office of Development Commissioner, SEEPZ-SEZ prescribes procedure for disposal / removal of E-waste to DTA; States that procedure will be in tune with the provisions / conditions prescribed in E-Waste (Management and Handling) Rules, 2016; SEZ units shall pay back any export benefit, if any, taken on the e-waste materials and a Utilization certificate from the dismantler / recycler shall be submitted within 90 days
