DVAT Notification No.F.3(162) dated June 17, 2013 : Govt. introduces Good Dealer Scheme 2013-14; Dealers with 30% tax growth as compared to last year's tax deposit, with no outstanding demand, no default in filing of returns during past 3 years etc. eligible for award under the Scheme; Eligible dealers can apply before July 29, 2013 to avail benefits such as Memento/Certificate from Hon'ble FM/CM, no increase in security deposit for at least 1 year for issuance of statutory forms, release of refund claims within 7 days against BG etc.
